WHAT ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE OF?

Zodiac Expressions scented candles are made with all-natural soy wax, braided cotton wicks, and scented fragrance oils.

WHERE ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE?

All candles are hand-poured and hand-packaged in Charlotte NC.

HOW LONG DOES YOUR CANDLES BURN?

Our candles can burn approximately 40-45 hours.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PARAFFIN AND SOY WAX CANDLES?

While Paraffin Wax is refined from crude oil, Soy Wax is mad from soybeans- a completely renewable resource grown here in the US. Soy Wax burns cleaner with no petrol-carbon soot. Soy Wax also burns slower than Paraffin which helps candles last longer.

AFTER I BURN MY CANDLE, IT HAS A TEXTURED LOOK, IS THIS NORMAL?

Absolutely! Soy Wax has a texture that differs from other wax – after your first burn it may have a “cottage cheese” appearance. This is completely normal! Trim your wick & light when you are ready to use.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE BLACK AND GOLD LABELS AND THE WHITE AND GOLD LABELS?

The Black and Gold labels are our Signature Line fragrances. These fragrances will always be available. The Gold and White labels are for our Limited Edition fragrances. These fragrances are typically for holidays, are LIMITED, and do not restock. Catch them while you can!

 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

We do not accept refunds. We offer exchanges if a package has been damaged upon arrival. Please contact info@zodiacexpression.com to start an exchange request. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?

We make every effort to ship your candles out as soon as possible. USPS is our preferred shipping source. Since each candle is made to order, the estimated fulfillment time is up to 5 days. Fulfillment does not include shipping. Additionally, orders go out each Wednesday and Friday. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is automatically calculated from USPS by the weight of purchase and shipping method chosen. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, WHATS NEXT?

All items that are shipped out are carefully inspected, however if upon receiving your item there are damages, immediately email us at info@zodiacexpression.com with your issue. You have 48 hours to report any damages.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to cancel your order, please submit an email to ‘info@zodiacexpression.com’ immediately with the subject heading “Cancel Order”. You will receive an email after confirmation has been received. Allow 2-3 days for funds to be released back to your method of payment.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

All major credit cards are accepted. We also accept Paypal for quick and easier transactions. We do not accept bank transfers or money orders.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time we do not offer international shipping.
